3I'm the orange. one. homemade smallsword trainer. using a size 2 epee blade, foil guard and a wooden french grip-ish handle that I fashioned out of a branch at home 🤣🤣
Dave my opponent In yellow was using one of his MOF epees
Quite a fun little bout actually. I was surprised how active you have to stay, really good bit of cardio, and definitely wearing excess armour for this kind of bout 🤣🤣
can't say it's my favourite weapon by any stretch, but definitely learned a lot. It's really crazy not having cuts able to score, makes you think a very different game 👍
