Never in my life did I ever be expecting to be writing this description and let alone be writing it this quickly. This all started back when Manix decided to get a copy of bloodbath and start buffing it, and I was in that stream which is still insane to me.

I knew I wanted to beat this ever since I beat bloodbath and I'm absolutely astonished that I actually have done it. It all started back when bloodbath was my hardest I decided to play TMN's part to see how hard it was and it took me a solid 45 MINUTES to do it. Over the course of a year and a half I would always do practice runs of it and it got to the point where I learned the entire level from only doing practice runs + a 40 attempt practice run. It was around when I beat Yata when I knew that I had to go for it somewhat soon. After I beat Yata I made a plan that I was going to beat Cybernetic Crescent and Sonic Wave as my next hardests, so that's exactly what I did. Then after I beat the RGB I decided to beat some levels to get prepared for bloodlust (I did Ocular Miracle for nerve control, moment for patience etc). But tbh I was just procrastinating. Then I just decided one day to actually properly start playing it.

On Day 1 I got 66-100 which I was honestly really proud of. Day 2 I almost got 45-100 but I lost my consistency so I stopped playing for the day. On Day 3 I ended up doing the run in about an hour then I played from 30 to see where I would get and I got 30-89. I kept playing and I couldn't get anywhere from there. So I decided to start learning the parts before it. I ended up getting pretty consistent at those parts so I went from 0 and I fluked to 42 FROM 5%. On Day 4 I played like shit cause my grip felt really off. That's the last day I played bloodlust for a solid month and a half. I ended up getting a new mouse but I didn't want to go back to bloodlust because I was Intimidated by it. February 19th I ended up playing bloodlust for a solid day and I can't even remember if I got any progress on that day or not.

Fast forward to April 1st this year (Day 6) and I start this level back up again. I got 38-100 in literally less than 2 hours after coming back to it. Day 7 I grinded bloodlust for the whole entire day and got 56% which was my first list % and I also got 30-100 I also started to play from 25 but I didn't really get anywhere. Day 8 I got 24-100% and 70% after grinding bloodlust for the whole entire day again. Day 9 Is the day where I started seriously playing from 0. I got 72 and got 70 again which really pissed me off cause that click isn't that hard. Day 10 I start practicing like I normally do and I got extremely consistent at everything in the extension besides manix's part. I ended up doing 45-100 a solid 5 times before I even played from 0 that day. I started playing from 0 and I was decently consistent but I couldn't pass namtar. after about an hour I finally ended up passing namtar and made it to 73 and died to nerves. Then 5 minutes later I managed to get 71. That was also another nerve death and the most painful death I had on this level. I took a 10 minute break and came back and then I made it to the extension again and FLUKED IT FROM 73. This will probably forever be the craziest thing I've done.

Overall Bloodlust is a pretty alright level. But it is extremely on and off with consistency, I would have to play from 0 for at least an hour before I actually started being somewhat consistent. There are a couple parts in this level that I don't like very much. That being Namtar (31-36), Nikro (42-46) and Manix (67-76). These were the biggest roadblocks for me and what kept be from really liking this level. I didn't like namtars part because when I was practicing I would always do it first try but when I got there from 0 it would feel extremely awkward and unnatural to play which made me die there a lot. Nikro because of the same reason more or less (I hate swing copter) but it is the hardest part so that is expected. Manix's part I didn't like because I got there from 0 a solid 5 times before I actually passed it from 0. Plus when I was practicing I felt like I was never gonna get consistent at it. Overall I think I'd recommend this just know some parts can be pretty awkward and unnatural to play at times.
