My Hip Labrum Tear: Rehab not working, Surgery Thoughts, How It Happened (not a hamstring injury!)
5Today I talk openly about my hip labrum tear that has given e pain when sitting down in the car, walking, running or playing any sport. I thought i had a hamstring injury for the longest time, then i thought i had hamstring tendonitis but after an MRI scan it has been revealed that I have a Hip Labrum Tear. Im struggling to rehab the hip labrum tear and think surgery might be the next best option.
