Using some speaker wire, a small drill, one of the plastic bays that you get what you take out when you put a cdrom in a case, and a bit of soldering, and 2xpotentiometers - I created my own Fan Speed Control Modification to my PC. I can control both the speed of the PSU fan and the System Fan now!
Beware - if you attempt to do this yourself, the PSU needs taking apart (and its dangerous because depending on the country you live in, it can hold up to 250Volts of current which can kill) - even after the PSU has been turned off (Capacitors hold charge)
