My Issue With Prince of Persia The Lost Crown
A game can be very good, but not for us. Prince of Persia The Lost Crown has been praised by critics, but it's not for me. I've never been able to fully immerse myself in it, and I try to explain why in this short video.

🎮 INFO ON THE GAME 🎮
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is an action-adventure and platform video game developed by Ubisoft Montpellier and published by Ubisoft, released in January 2024 for Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch and Amazon Luna. Part of the Prince of Persia franchise. It was announced at the Summer Game Fest on June 8, 2023. The game is a return to the roots of the Prince of Persia franchise.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown takes place in a fictional world inspired by Persian mythology.
The game features Sargon, a warrior and member of the Immortals, an elite troop of soldiers serving the Queen of Persia, who is gifted with great agility and superhuman abilities. His appearance is described as follows: dark skin color, a face adorned with jewels and necklaces, and a tuft of hair composed of braided locks and a clean-shaven outline on the sides.
Sargon sets off to rescue Prince Ghassan of Persepolis, who is being held on Mount Qaf following his kidnapping. He is accompanied on his journey by other friendly fighters: Artaban, Vahram, Menolias and Orod. He is armed with two swords, Qaïs and Laïla.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is a metroidvania that blends action-adventure, platforming and puzzle mechanics. The player controls a warrior as he moves through horizontally-scrolling levels in 2.5D environments. The character's supernatural abilities enable him to jump, double-jump and dash forward, even in the air.
🎧 MUSIC USED 🎧
The game's music is orchestrated from traditional instruments by Mentrix, a composer of Iranian origin, while the music for the boss battles is specifically designed by Gareth Coker using orchestral sounds. The entire game is dubbed in Farsi.
