The trophy/achievement is: Defeat fish-boss without taking more than 3 hits. You have to destroy his antena and then hit the red stones on the ceiling to hit his eye. Do this 3 times and you are done. Just take a look at the video if you are having troubles. The boss is not hard, a few tries and you will be fine.
