0Fiberglass dome made of 10 segments. 12' diameter, roughly spherical.
The 1st piece didn't come out of the mold, and as far as I ca tell it was because I didn't give enough time for the solvent to evaporate out of the wax. ....so it all dissolved into the polyesther resin.
At least, that's my hypothesis. ...and on the next mold it did work when I let the wax dry overnight.
The pieces are only 2 layers of fiberglass thick each (between 1 and 2 mm). They're flimsy, and easy to bend before assembly. Once assembled, though, they get the eggshell effect.
