The mother of a teenager killed in a Victorian crash has reportedly emerged in dramatic video taken inside the car moments before the incident. Three teenagers and a 31-year-old woman were killed on Saturday when their car crashed into a tree in Bochara, 11km west of the large Victorian town of Hamilton. Joshua Elmes was one of teenagers killed in crash, and his mother, Lee-Ann, said family had spent Friday together before there was an argument and 15-year-old decided to leave house. One person in the video may be asked before giving another answer “130”. On Monday, Lee-Ann Elmes also took to social media to raise funds for families' funeral expenses. Elmes said it was "about the legacy of those who lost their lives", not about money. Investigations into the crash are ongoing, but police said they were investigating whether speed was a factor and whether victims were wearing seat belts.
