Here is my #NARC, Realistic Arcade Bezel with HSM's Reflective Shader. The reflective shaders only work with #Vulkan​​ if you use #Retroarch​​ 1.9.0 and above.

Thanks to MQC for handling the dark mode portion of the bezel.

These Realistic Arcade Bezels were made by me. They were tested on Windows 10 with Retroarch with the Mame core running at 1920x1080.
