My Problems with Unreal Engine Games On Windowed Mode

This is the problem I've been facing for years and I don't know what it is called. I can't move my mouse while clicking else I would be grabbing the edge of the game's window and accidentally resized them. Apparently most, probably all games made with Unreal Engine has this issues on my end. There are others who had this problems too but unsolved.
