My Protagonist Seems A Bit Odd - Dicefolk

So I recently found this game on Steam due to Steam's Creature Collector Fest, and while it's not as much as the traditional creature collecting such as Pokemon, Digimon, and other more expected in the genre, each run allows you to encounter different creatures you can use to replace the voodoo doll creatures you start out with. I will say, and I'm prefacing this ahead, I felt the protagonist was a bit cocky with their dialogue. Now, this could be due to not remembering how the VA was in the opening cutscene (more confident and less zealous), but for some reason while reading it that's what popped in my head. None of the tones or voices used in this video are accurate representations, but moreso just how I felt the character(s) were when blindly experiencing dialogue for the first time.
