I decided to share my rocket league training routine and tips. I was diamond in 2v2's and 3v3's in rocket league season 4. I train everyday for 1 hour max, you can modify it by removing a training pack or reducing the length to fit your schedule. I hope my rocket league training video helps guide you all into knowing what to train and how to train said mechanic.

Its super important to train if your goal is to climb the competitive ladder you first must realize what your bad at mechanically speaking then find a training pack or YouTube video on that mechanic and practice the f out of it until you master it this will take many days and even more to be consistent with it.

I can promise you will see an improvement in 3 weeks if you put the time into it and not give up EVEN if you fail just keep at it. Good luck and hope this video helped you improve at rocket leauge.
