This is the hardest video I've ever had to make as it's something I'm more ashamed about than anything else in my life which was my 5 year addiction to painkillers. Now im 6 months clean and it's in my past, I finally want to open up about it and maybe help others who are suffering the same vices as me and give advice on how to quit some of the most addictive and toxic medications that exist. All opiates are evil and can get their hooks in you so easily especially if you have mental health issues which I also touch on in this video and my constant mental health struggle for the last 10 years.
