UPDATE:
I could not contain my self to upgrade to v 0.11.26 and test the openGL mode.
Results are not good, not good at all! I love how the graphics look, its like the game upscales and so looks very nice and crisp but the performance is baaaaaaad ;). Even after fitling with the settings its buggy. Video's are scrambled frame rate goes all over the place ranging from very slow to (with boost enabled and frame limit off) extreme fast.

Software gpu+bios works identical as in v 0.11. It sure doesn't look as good as in openGL but it runs at least as good as it was before, if not better.

FPse v 0.11.26 SETTINGS, SOFTWARE GPU+BIOS (no openGL):
(all settings below set to ON, all other set to OFF)

SYSTEM : Force mono core
AUDIO : spusync
VIDEO : framelimiter, Enhanced 3D rendering, hardware acceleration
MISC : Software gpu (is on by default), and bios scph1001.bin loaded

I got a lot of questions on how I get my games to run this smooth so here is a video of my FPse settings. I hope this can help you out in case the games you play don't run smooth.
I am running this on an Xperia Play (no simlock, no telecom pre-installed firmware) with FPse v 0.11, it runs my games this good, so if it isn't broke don't try to upgrade :). Unless they finally make the touchpad's work!
