Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment has a launch date (Nov 6, 2025) & footage seems to show it running at 60fps
Resident Evil Requiem is confirmed for the Switch 2 (along with RE7 & Village)
Donkey Kong Bananza is getting some DLC
Switch 1 games like Super Mario Bros, Wonder (and One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4) are getting Switch 2 versions
Square Enix was there with Final Fantasy 7 Intergrade (out Jan 22, 2026), A reimagining of Dragon Quest VII and DQ 1 & 2 HD-2D
A remake of Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly was announced
Yoshi and the Mysterious Book looks interesting
Closing out the direct with a new Fire Emblem game (Fire Emblem: Fortuneโs Weave: The Heroic Games
35:50 - What I didnโt like/Mix/Not Sure
Missed opportunity to announce a new 3-D (or 2-D) Mario game
RE 2, 3 & 4 remake were missing from this direct (although there are reports out there that claim they are coming to the Switch 2
While it's nice that Virtual Boy games are coming to the NSO service, you will need to buy an attachment to play those games
Iโm not against Mario Tennis Fever, but it would have been nice if Camelot (the Developers) had announced a new Golden Sun game instead
Nothing on Monolith's new game they are working on
Nothing from Microsoft for this direct
