31Sid Meier's Civilization IV is a strategy game developed by Firaxis Games and released Oct 25, 2005. Typically Civilization games are pretty chillax... until you go to war, then it gets rather stressful.
Civilization games have always seemed very user friendly to me, but can get very complicated if you dig into the game mechanics deeply.
