My Thoughts: Required Apps for Installing PC Games
0My argument on this: I understand that Steam, Origin and GOG are required applications for installing the PC games that you get on them.
You can also socialize with other users on them. That I understand. We also have to sign into them. Then again, also understandable.
What I do not understand is why Uplay, Rockstar Social Club and Games With Windows live are required for playing games on there.
Everything we can do on those 3 apps, we can already do on Steam and GOG.
If we have Steam, GOG and Origin already downloaded and are logged into them. Why do we need to log into any additional apps that do the same thing as Steam, Origin and GOG?
Now I can understand the makers of certain gamers like Rockstar Games, Ubisoft and Microsoft want to stop people from pirating their PC games even though its still stupid because people will still buy their games regardless. Everyone is different).
However you NEED to sign into those 3 additional apps even if you wanna play offline. That is bullshit.... end of rant. -Drops mic.-
