I think it's safe to say that my favorite Pokemon type is the Dark-type. Not the most powerful type in the game, certainly, but that's because the focus of many Dark-types and their attacks is in using cunning and clever tactics to get one over on their opponents. It's no wonder Dark-type is known as "Evil" in Japan -- Dark-types are essentially the heels of the Pokemon world. And let's be real, I'm all about the #HeelTactics, so in continuation of my previous countdown, today, I'm gonna count down my personal Top 5 Favorite Dark-type Pokemon! (Not counting Mega Evolutions that happen to be Dark-types, of course, because I feel like I could do a list for my favorite Megas, and I feel like Megas that change typing upon Mega Evolving don't really count on type-specific lists because they aren't permanently said type(s), if that makes sense.)
PLEASE NOTE: I've made it pretty obvious at this point, I think, but this is a list of *** MY FAVORITE DARK-TYPES***, not a hard-and-fast list of objectively the best ones. Also, given that it's my own personal list, you're completely within your right to have your own favorites, but just don't get salty because your favorite Pokemon didn't make my personal list. Different strokes and whatnot.
