My Video Chat with Susan Egan (voice of Megara from Hercules) at Galaxy Con
3On this date three years ago, I engaged in a one-on-one virtual chat with Susan Egan (who voiced Megara, or "Meg", in the 1997 Disney animated feature, Hercules) for the Galaxy Con (which, because of COVID, was a virtual comic con).
Meg has always been one of my favorite Disney heroines, so as a huge, lifelong Disney fan, getting the chance to talk to her voice actor made me feel like the luckiest Disney fan in the world!!! ๐๐๐๐๐
As you can see, Susan was a lovely woman and I enjoyed every second of talking to her, especially when I told her how much I adore Meg! โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ And her voice STILL sounded like Meg when she asks me, "You're a tough girl? You can tie your own sandals and everything?" ๐๐๐ THAT quip brought the biggest smile to my face, and this overall experience made me happier than I've been in years!!! ๐๐๐๐ป๐๐ป
