The Story on how I Risked Everything for YouTube, Just to be Wrongfully Terminated.

Unfortunately, I recently experienced a wrongful termination of my channel by YouTube. I was devastated to lose all of my hard work and the connections I made with our community.

But we didn't give up. We fought back and, after much effort and determination, were able to get our channel reinstated.

Also since I have never made an end of the year "how we got here" type video that has been so highly requested, I figured we combined this topic with a full deep dive on how this channel, RoboHoboProductions was originally founded, the sad origins of the channel, how this channel first found success and a play by play of the channels career highlights and how over the years, we have garnered a loyal following and have strived to consistently provide high quality and entertaining content!

I am grateful to have the opportunity to continue creating and sharing content with all of you. Thank you for your support and for sticking with me during this difficult time.

If you've had your channel removed by YouTube and you believe it was done in error, it can be a insanely frustrating and overwhelming experience. But don't worry, there are steps you can take to try and get your channel reinstated. I know first hand how upsetting this can be and sadly, YouTube doesn't appear to be changing the policy on how these situations are handled to allow you to be more proactive, however there is multiple things you can do so its important to try not to overreact and take everything in stride and not to rush anything.

First, it's important to understand the policies and guidelines that YouTube has in place for channels and content. Make sure to review these carefully and ensure that your channel and content were in compliance. If you believe your channel was removed in error, you can appeal the decision by filling out the form provided by YouTube.

In your appeal, it's important to provide as much information as possible to support your case. This can include links to your content, explanations of why you believe the removal was a mistake, and any other relevant information.

If your appeal is unsuccessful, don't panic. You can try reaching out to YouTube directly through their support channels. If you were a YouTube partner and can still access your partner live support, that can be a good option to reach someone quick. Social media like Twitter has been known to help others in the past as well. It's also a good idea to gather support from your community, as YouTube may be more likely to reconsider their decision if they see that you have a dedicated and engaged audience. In most cases you should also be able to re-appeal if you are still unsuccessful.

Remember to stay respectful and professional in all of your communications with YouTube.
