Since Summer of 2022, I have been unable to play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder's Revenge on XBOX Game Pass. This is the case on my PC, and later down the road multiple XBOX Series S consoles. I have contacted XBOX Support, who so far has been unable to help me. Here is my XBOX Game Pass Nightmare story. Who is responsible? Is it Tribute Games? Is it Dotemu? Is it Microsoft?

Please lend my your ear, and offer advice for what you would do next.
