Here's how you can easily capture any pokemon when using gameboy emulators such as MyBoy for Android Phones.

1. Find The pokemon, then save state.
2. Weaken the pokemon then save state right before throwing a pokeball.
3. Throw the pokeball and load state if it fails.
4. Repeat step 3 until pokemon captured.
