2Here is a mod that I originally wanted to make a small vendor mod so that I could port over armors from New Vegas. I ended up making a faction and a settlement at Rivet city. Theres a few big quest and small radiant quest for some extra xp and caps. Complete quests to get your room keys than use the terminal to decorate your room and accept more quest. This mod requires the T-60 prototype armor by TraVinh https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/60684.

I DID NOT TOUCH THE NAVMESH OUTSIDE I will use a separate plugin to make exterior navmesh edits
I had to stop because of hardware issues this is a WIP that's getting new quest and detailed NPCs added it is for download to patreons of any tier and will be available to the public when its complete.
