The War Within Season 1, Patch 11.0.5, Week 12: Blizzard's Survey sparks the debate - How would Mythic+ be without a Timer? Would removing this limitation free up variety in the Meta, more possible options and choices, create a better environment in the activity, incite more players to get into Mythic+, or would absolutely nothing change?
