Hydro Thunder is slightly different than all the other games I've come across. The game has an option to change the intensity of the rumble from the rumble pak and this affects the game speed. An NTSC version with a rumble pak connected will run at the same speed as a PAL version without one.

Of course, for the video, I didn't use a rumble pak in either.
