This episode has many types of 'phail': Switching to a weapon that ran out of ammo multiple times, invincible enemies around every corner, and acknowledge the infamous "characters speaking like Duke" bug since Flood Zone even though Lord Misfit said the Duke scream is there for certain characters because they don't have their own fall screams yet.
