Welcome viewers to yet another Nancy Drew book to game comparison video! In this analysis, I compare The Bike Tour Mystery with The Haunting of Castle Malloy. Please note that a spoiler alert is in effect.

Much like the previous comparison, the book and game share a common location (this time, the Republic of Ireland) and very little else. The book is focused on a cycling tour and accidents that seem to target Australian sisters; the game, on the other hand, revolves around an upcoming wedding and a missing groom. The two stories are vastly different and it does not seem fitting that the game claims to be based on the noted source material.

I would have liked a game that follows the storyline of the book. I think that would have made for a much more engaging story. With that said, I understand the difficulties in executing the touring aspect of the mystery.
