So this may come as a surprise to many of you, but when I first played Treasure in the Royal Tower years ago, I discovered that, when you explore the one hallway on the second floor (the one that has Hotchkiss's room) by going to the dead end and back, you may or may not hear a random sound effect of someone coughing.

But just WHO is coughing? The fact that this sound is completely random and may or may not happen during a gameplay makes me wonder if this is some kind of glitch or goof within the game. Yes, it sounds like a man coughing, and Dexter is the only man close enough to do it, but I don't think it's ACTUALLY supposed to be Dexter.

Still, since this isn't a sound effect that is part of the gameplay, it's a cool discovery, don't you think??? 😁😄😆

So to all of you Nancy Drew game fans out there, next time you play TRT, try going back and forth in this hallway and see if you can get the coughing to happen for yourselves. I managed to get it twice in my gameplay when I made this video, and that told me that if I just keep going back and forth in the hallway, I'm bound to hear the coughing, even more than once. 😉
