8During the chapter Back to Normal, proceed until you find the living quarters and you find a door past a bathroom on the left. Open that door and work your way through it, and go upwards. The path is linear so it shouldn't be too hard. Look on the right, and you will see 2 toilets. Fire a flare into the toilet and the achievement will unlock. If you miss it here, there are some other toilets further along you can do this with.
