I got the asset variant system working on Android! Fully native OpenGL texture uploads now work with textures of any type (any size, both POT and NPOT) and any format (ETC2 compressed, RGB24, RGBA32)!

Sorry it's taking so long, working and debugging OpenGL on Android is kinda painful (plus it requires native code, but I minimized that as much as possible), but now it's working!

You can see two views, the upper left one is my desktop, the bigger lower right one is stream from my phone (Google Pixel).

There's an artificial 1 second delay between the mip level uploads and each mip level has inverted colors to make it easier to see the uploads.
