When watching the latest trailer for NBA 2k20 My Team, I couldn’t believe my eyes. It’s packed with roulette wheels, digital card packs, random result lootboxes and slot machines. Considering that is a game that is rate E for Everyone and can be purchased by children of all ages, this illustrates a new low for EA and 2k ‘surprise mechanics’.
