Most probably these game minimum requirements are:
OS: Windows 10
Ram: 4 GB
Processor: Core i3-530
Graphics card: Nvidia GT 450 1GB

But I tried with Low-end pc in this Requirements:
OS: Windows 10
Ram: 4GB
Processor: Core i5-4460
Graphics: Nvidia GT 610

There has some lower-ended pc just like 2 GB Ram, Core i3 or lower version, and also lower graphics in this case you have to use a Lower resolution in Display of video settings and then change the fullscreen into windowed for better result.
