Most probably this game minimum requirements are:
OS: Windows 10
Ram: 8 GB
Processor:Core i5-3570
Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 760

But I tried with Low end pc with this Requirements:
OS:Windows 10
Ram: 4GB
Processor:Core i5-4460
Graphics: Nvidia GT 610

For very low ended pc(2 GB Ram,Core i3 or lower, graphics card lower version): in patch you have to use (Low graphics for low end pc)
Game settings:
Try to play the game with windowes On fullscreen..(Low End PC)
Resoulation:1280*720
Resoulation scale: 50.0%
Graphics:low

Others Users definitely use (Low Graphics For Normal pc)In patch..
