A new episode, a new day! After some more off screen training, we deal with: more Team Plasma, going the wrong direction, exploring the woods, getting new teammates, a Rotation Battle, crossing a bridge, exploring Driftveil City and its seemingly never ending number of hotels ( seriously, why so many hotels? ), a Leveling glitch and basically curbstomping Clay, the Ground type Gym Leader to the ground!
Current Team:
Bloom the Serperior: After an accidental evolution while battling Team Plasma, she's now got power in spades- and shorter arms unfortunately. Along with Marron, she's today's MVP for this episode.
Marron the Azumarill: The non-stop Physical Move powerhouse of the team, while she has no changes to her moveset ( yet ), she's still hits hard as ever- especially in this episode!
Sebastian the Stoutland: Having evolved from off screen training, his Shiny coating has never looked any better! The orange fur very much suits- and he still comes to clutch as usual as our all-round specialist.
Gem the Boldore: Our anti-air strike specialist, her Special type move Power Gem has been replaced with the much more appropriate Rock Slide, giving her the ability to potentially stop any possible counter attack against her- especially Super Effective ones.
Queen the Combee: One of the newest additions to the team. Being a female Combee, if we give her the right training she needs, she could have the potential to become one powerful Vespiquen....
Zorua: Another new addition, he has no nickname whatsoever- because apparently, this is someone else's Zorua. According to the man who gave him to me, his trainer had apparently left on some journey of self-discovery or something....Not sure why said trainer left him behind, but he doesn't seem to mind and actually likes being around us for some reason. Oh well.
( Benched Team Members )
Poisy the Liepard: Put on the bench in a hurry. Rood wouldn't give us Zorua unless there was an empty spot on the team- and bizarrely enough, she volunteered. Said something about not wanting dirt on her fur when we take on the Gym Leader. Huh. As soon as our Gym Battle is over, I'm gonna put her back on the team.
Chipper the Minccino: The final new member of the team. Found in some Hidden Grotto, According to Bianca, Hidden Grotto Pokemon like him tend to have unique Abilities, and his is Skill Link, increasing the frequency of how many hits a mult hit move can make. Add in the fact that he's a Normal Type- a specific type of Pokemon known for the sheer amount of versatile different type moves they can learn and well, we have an underdog(?) in the making.
