Well....that sucked. Early in this video, there's gonna be some sort black screen glitch that I could only fix by resetting my game, which only lost me a few bits of progress, luckily. That being said, this episode is gonna be one long hard slog to get through this time....BTW, today's highlights includes, annoying glitches, a Pokemon catching spree, getting VERY embarrassingly lost in Mistralton Cave for no good reason, Bianca, running out of ALL the Repels, playing with electricity in Charge stone Cave, and after an episode's delay, finally making it to Mistralton City!
Current Team:
Bloom the Serperior: My starter Pokemon. While normally the cornerstone powerhouse of my group, expect her to get beat up a lot in this episode. My poor, poor, girl....
Zoroark: The only un-nicknamed member of the team. With Sebastian currently on the bench, he's gonna have to be our substitute all rounder today. Having belonged to another trainer before, he gets a natural EXP boost compared to the other members of the team.
Marron the Azumarill: Our Physical Attack powerhouse. She's currently on the team today to deal with several Rock and Ground types seen in this episode. That being said, why are so many caves between Driftveil and Mistralton City....
Nico the Deerling: One of the newest additions to our roster this episode. Much like Zoroark, he's a Gift Pokemon, given to us by a scientist early on. UNlike Zoroark, he didn't belong to someone, so we were able to nickname him ourselves. Unfortunately, despite being in our current team right now, he doesn't see much battling today. Oh well.
Volta the Emolga: Our thunderous flyer. Similar to Gem, her role is that of an anti-air specialist, striking from above like an atomic bomb, in contrast with Gem and her unexpected ground binding missiles from below, with her second speciality being one of our fastest attackers and fastest " pole position " switcher, relying on Volt Switch to deal heavy damage to an opponent and getting the hell out of dodge at the same time, letting an ally ( preferably Gem ) tank whatever possible counter attack could befall them and let the latter finish them off with a bang.
Wilder the Unfezant: Our air transport Pokemon. Much like Poisy, he specializes in Critical Attack power, only aerial based. Much like Nico, he doesn't really see much battle here as well. With a lack of any other options ( besides Volta and Queen ), he's pretty much our only form of defense against Grass and Bug types.
( Benched Pokemon )
Sebastian the Stoutland: Our incredibly loyal and dependable butler-dog. Our original all-rounder, with well balanced stats and versatility to boot.
Poisy the Liepard: The first ever Pokemon I ever caught. Our Critical Attack specialist, ( though I have a feeling that Wilder far outstrips her in that category ). Depsite her apparent...squishiness and poor win-loss record, she's still my baby kitten and when it truly counts, is more than capable of beating down foes when needed.
Gem the Boldore: The anti-air specialist of the team , whose second speciality is that of a slow moving yet extremely durable tank. Has the potential to partner very well with Volta and another one of my newest catches, especially considering who the next Gym Leader is....
Chipper the Minccino: The ( ground-bound ) rodent of the team. His specialty are multi-hit attacks that, combined with his Skill Link ability, makes him the Fragile Speedster of the group, unfortunately also due to the fact that what multi-hit attacks he does currently have access to are generally weak and Normal type to boot. Unless I can find someone or a TM/HM that at least is typed, he is a Cripplingly Specialized Pokemon.
Queen the Vespiquen: Our highness of the Bees ( and all Bee species Pokemon in general ), she is also quite the assassin, specializing in using Toxic to greatly poison a target and then Venoshock to eliminate the threat efficiently. She also currently possesses regenerative healing via Heal Order and an all-purpose general attack in Air Slash.
Drillion the Drillbur: I realize I forgot to add a description of my Current Team and my Benched Team on my last episode and now I feel stupid. Anyway, Drillion was caught the episode before in Relic Cave, and unfortunately, has not seen battle yet and may not again in the next episode due to his Typing. :(
Diva the Aron: Caught in Mistralton Cave. Another one of Volta and Gem's potential partner in battle, she may be even more durable than Boldore and could potentially hit harder than Volta ever could in tandem. Basically, the best of both worlds....Or at least I think so.
Marie the Joltik. The final catch of today's episode. Compared to the other members of the overall roster, her moveset seems to specialize in using debuffs and capture tools, to mess with the opponent. While no doubt she's fast enough to pull off these debilitating tricks on enemies, she's also pretty much the most fragile member of the whole group.
