Is this the best figure NECA has ever released? I think there's a lot of strong evidence to that end so let's take a look at the TMNT II: The Secret of the Ooze Super shredder figure!

While this one might be mostly off the primary market, (though supposedly some people are still finding them on Walmart shelves) the price has come down on the secondary market as of the filming of this review so check ebay!

There will also be a "stealth" variant of this figure releasing this year based off the fabled Chef Boyardee mail-away where all the purple was painted black. The landing page for that figure is here:
