17This is the opening movie/credits for Necronomicon on the Playstation. It was released in 2001 in the PAL region and never came to American Playstations. Necronomicon is a late entry in the PSone era horror catalog, but it is easily the most difficult game in the genre. Inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft, Necronomicon is a point-and-click horror adventure in the same style as Dracula: Resurrection. The game requires lots of puzzle-solving and attention to detail, and it contains some very hard riddles. It will probably most appeal to fans of the occult or difficult games.
