The game has a serious missing texture (or mesh) if moving too fast, mostly happen on the long road such as the highways. This will affect the gameplay as well and 1GB dedicated GPU such as the old HD7750 doesn't cut it, even it has a DDR5 memory type.
However, you still can play this game on a very low-end computer such as mine but you will need to sacrifice the visual look of the game.
Other problem such as stuttering also occurs in this game and most likely to happen during bad internet connection problem to the game's server.
The framerate count is higher because the vsync is off, or the menu (autolog), or loading screen. During gameplay, mostly on highways, the framerate is high as the textures are mostly not loading properly.
To fix this, the game's graphic settings needs to be set all to low and if 'high definition' is not your concern, 1280x720 might help the GPU to fully load the textures. If you played Need for Speed Rivals, low setting on this game almost look high setting in Need for Speed Rivals, which is not bad at all.
All I can say, the game is perfect but will reach the 'perfect' point if latest hardware (Quad core's i7 7th-Gen/ 8C 16T Ryzen 7 1800X, an AMD 480 8GB/ Nvidia 1080Ti 11GB/ 32GB of RAM/ an SSD) is being used.
