NFS Heat - RX 470 - i3 8100 - 8GB RAM - Ultra

Note: Lowering the graphics settings quality preset seems to have little or no effect at all on the frame rate because the GPU is not being fully/properly utilized due to CPU limitations, the i3 8100/i3 9100f (both quad cores) would struggle, reaching 100% CPU usage causing RX 470 to not perform well (should be same case with RX 570), the game is horribly optimized, you will need a i5 9400F (hexa core) or a quad core with 8 threads (i7 4th gen - 7th gen) for this game to perform well, the game has some issues like grass on roads which you might be able to fix by changing full screen to borderless window mode or lowering graphics settings. Only thing that helps gain more frame rate is using Custom settings (low settings).

My GPU temps go upto 65c when under load but in this game the case is opposite. CPU temps under load are always around 55 in my case (UX100 Cooler)
