Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit on the PC, original resolution was 5040x1050 via a TripleHead2Go unit, scaled down to 1920x400 to fit on a HD video, aspect ratio remains the same (48:10).

Movie is from the second I launched the game, though checking my settings, starting the campaign, and two full races. I've marked places where the video has been cut to save a couple of minutes off the original length, I've also put my usual annotations about how the game preforms with three screen, my thoughts etc.
