Cop chases have been massively overhauled making any pursuit an actual challenge. This paired with a non-B2D handling model creates a close to perfect gameplay.
By forcing B2D to be disabled and doing the right tweaks to the handling settings of each car creates a gameplay model where the driving feel is pleasant and skill-oriented having to master each vehicle individually.
