The Paradyne Industries building has been reduced to rubble, and the people the police (now lead by Captain Rivera) believe are responsible for the building's destruction are you and Edge. There has to be to this mystery than you just running away from a scene you're not even involved in, and with mayoral elections on the brink, could there be a meaning to all of this? Moreover, why are you getting chased by Black Range Rovers all of a sudden? One thing's for sure: the position of top dog, either of the city or amongst the crews, is up for grabs, and with you behind the wheel of the new Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4, you may as well grab it.
