Today is Saturday, Tyler keep contacting me with the phone call non-stop for inviting me to his garage because the "30th Anniversary of Need For Speed", so I have to meet him right away.

When I'm go inside in his garage, I see only a burger that Tyler ate it half & the Ferrari F8 Tributo that he promised to let me drive it as Tyler is nowhere to be seen. However, I spot the screen with an old-racing game on, so I decide to play it while waiting for Tyler to return.

As the time goes on with playing Tyler's controller, my eyes getting heavier in every minute like I'm getting tired, and as soon as I see Tyler returns, my eyes go shut like a cinematic fade. While I'm unconscious, I hear the "Game Voice" saying with welcome to "Need For Speed: High Stakes", where the thrill of immersive racing begins.

Shortly after that, I'm wake up inside the F8 Tributo as Kim notices me & asks a question before saying this tournament called "NFS 30". Then, she leads me to that tournament while racing along the way. Kim starts to familiar with some racing like these before & asks me about have we met before, as the confusion engulfs me, I tried to ask Kim about where I am & why she doesn't recognize me, but she replies with never heard of "Buckridge" & assuming that I'm confused with someone else.

After I heard this, I'm realized that I'm in the multiverse of Need For Speed, which means Blackridge isn't exist in "NFS: High Stakes" dimension. I decide to put this topic aside as Kim needs a favor, she wants me to making delivery with McLaren F1 LM for getting the payday as I accept her deal.

After the delivery done, I asks Kim about Tyler if she seen him, but only she is taken aback & saying why I'm keep confusing her with someone else, which it confirms my thought about that.

Suddenly, Ivy appears as we're done talking, she explains this is "High Stakes Mode"; if I win, Ivy's Diablo SV will be mine, otherwise my F8 Tributo will be hers, so I accept to race in this pink slip.

After that, I won the pink slip, but I decide to give the key back to Ivy because I want her to keep racing as I'm go off the track.

While Kim talking about the tournament, I'm searching through the glove box in my F8 Tributo & find the game box of "Need For Speed: Underground". When I hit the play button with a swift act, I got myself sucked in again to the "NFS: Underground" dimension.
