Text Tutorial:
In a nutshell download the graphicsSettings.json file from here https://github.com/TheHolyG0D/NFS-NL/releases/tag/4.8.41 paste/overwrite it into file to Android/Data/com.ea.game.nfs14_row/files/var and you are done :)
Keep in mind that these graphics settings file will change at each update, and since I have already studied what means what and how to modify them I will know the updated settings, so make sure you are subscribed the channel so that as and when EA releases an update for No Limits, I’ll quickly update the settings file on GitHub and make a video on it so that you don’t miss out on any new graphics settings or upgrades that EA introduces.

This settings should work for almost any device, emulator or any Android OS (Bliss OS, Remix OS, Android-x86, etc), last tested on Find X2 (ColorOS 11 Based on Android 11), Bluestacks 4, Bliss OS.
In theory any android device should work provided you want to amp up the graphics.
**For MEDIUM_LOW_graphicsSettings.json rename the file to graphicsSettings.json before running the game
Medium_Low settings are beta only, because I don't have a mid tier device, please test and report :)
