The 60FPS is simulated, it's not real/ingame. Some of you guys can probably figure out how I did it. I won't go into details of how it's done as that's not the premise of my channel.
Anyway I heard that the Final Race track had a halloween theme to it, so I thought I should probably make a video on it, but pushed the thought aside until I heard this AMAZING SONG!! I never did play SFV so this was my first time hearing it and I gotta say it is very much a Guilty Pleasure sort of song XD
