click on the Rivals game cover, click on the settings icon, click on "game properties", click on "advanced launch options" and paste the 60 FPS command there:
-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60 +
How to play Rivals+ v4.0 with 60 fps? (EA App):
click on the Rivals game cover, click on the manage text, and paste the 60 FPS command there:
-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60 +
How to play Rivals+ v4.0 with 60 fps? (Steam):
right click the game in your Library, select Properties, input -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60 + in the "Launch Options" line
How to fix the road loading issue?:
Go to Documents / Ghost Games / Need for Speed(TM) Rivals / Settings / Open PROFILEOPTIONS_profile with notepad / change GstRender.MeshQuality 1 to 3
