Turns out there's this bug that glitches the dust and snow effects when your fps is higher than 30fps. Game also crashed to desktop at the end. I wasn't sure what was causing that tbh, even when I turned vsync on to keep it 30fps it still persisted.

Note: This game is naturally locked at 30fps. Usually, vsync locks the framerate at the refresh rate of whatever monitor that you're using, but for this game it's a solid 30.

With unlocked framerates I was 200+fps.
