My custom mod for SINGLE PLAYER only.

This mod includes the following things
+ Added all "Original AI police cars" (coloured icon)
+ Added all "Player Police cars" (white icon with steering wheel)
+ Created original livery for FCVPI (made by me)
+ Added possibility to buy COP NOS for all cars with custom icon too (TO IMPROVE)
+ Added purchasable police license plate for all cars (TO IMPROVE)
+ Added all 4 police siren horns (as in Payback) [NOT LOOPING AT THE MOMENT]
+ Added police logos and textes to custom wrap all cars (like in Heat)
+ Added customised descriptions to some cop cars that were missing

COP NOS and COP LICENSE PLATES need to be inserted manually for each car. I'll improve next weeks.
