Lightly tuned Audi TT, Heavy tuned VW Golf for lots of torque, underpowered rear wheel drive almost no understeering minimum oversteering Nissan Sentra.
Slower than this and sufficiently controllable can't be done, unless you use long boring gear speed intervals.
I tried to do these physics as realistic as possible, with lower torque at high rpm, no major engine upgrade (just the Golf is heavily tuned), good but not too perfect suspensions, normal very decent control, short gear speed intervals for not boring acceleration.
I had to reduce the suspension stiffness from NFSU2 Configurator physics hack program.
