I changed the power and torque of the engine by reducing it as much as possible from the CarHack, but the engine is equipped with all the ECU tuning features in the game.
I also changed the suspension setting in CarHack, setting the stiffness to all 4 at 90-80, but it's not enough (being necessarily to set the suspensions inside the game at Dyno Vehicle Customizing, setting the spring stiffness to 0.30 front and 0.65-0.95 back (the lowest possible)[but you can set the back springs the stiffest for RWD cars, it makes more sense only for RWD cars], setting the dampener stiffness at the middle or slightly above, setting the front sway bar almost at maximum (9 point something) and the back sway bar at half of the front sway bar stiffness (4-5). And I set the steering rate to maximum.
